1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional bundle are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at contact@freshoptopis.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping – Send the item back to our return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

5. Exchanges

We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
