1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly due to high demand.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days (domestic) and 10-20 business days (international).

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days (domestic) and 5-10 business days (international).

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and total order weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for reshipping fees or lost packages.

For address corrections, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, some regions may have shipping restrictions due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

Certain perfume products containing alcohol-based ingredients may be subject to additional shipping restrictions, depending on your country’s regulations.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping fee.
